About Sophie
Sophie champions overall wellness and has explored various forms of exercise, becoming a keen runner. She ran several half marathons, and the London Marathon, before relocating from England to Toronto. A knee injury led her to Pilates for strength and rehab. Witnessing its benefits, she pursued her STOTT PILATES Certification.
Now, she's dedicated to teaching Pilates to all, emphasizing body understanding, healing, and balanced movement. In every session, Sophie combines enthusiasm while ensuring proper technique and enjoyment.
